These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules and guidelines for using our services. While we’ve simplified the language for clarity, these Terms still constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Zeyo App. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the services.
The Terms apply to your use of our mobile application ("App") and any related services provided through the App, including all content, data, and user-generated materials. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and explains how we handle your personal information.
The App and services are operated by Zeyo App, and your use of the services is subject to these Terms. By using the App or any part of the services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access the App or services. These Terms do not grant any rights or benefits to third parties.
ARBITRATION NOTICE:
These Terms include an arbitration clause. Except for specific disputes outlined in the clause, you and Zeyo agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration. You also waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
1. Eligibility to Use the Services
To use the services, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years old or meet the minimum age requirement for specific services.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with Zeyo.
- Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are using the services on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf. If you are under 18, you may only use the services with the consent of a parent or guardian.
2. License to Use the Services
Zeyo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the services for personal purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This license does not allow you to copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the services without prior written permission from Zeyo.
3. Content Ownership and Licensing
While you retain ownership of the content you create, you grant Zeyo a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the services. This license is necessary for us to provide the services effectively.
4. Content from Other Users
The services may include content provided by other users or third parties. Zeyo does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of such content. You access and use this content at your own risk.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in activities that violate the rights of others, harm the services, or breach applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to, uploading harmful content, spamming, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify Zeyo immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
8. Purchases and Payments
All purchases made through the services are final and non-refundable, unless required by law. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and you are responsible for managing your subscriptions through those platforms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Zeyo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the past 12 months.
